today's announced bitumen prices by Iran Mercantile Exchange market are the lowest for last two years.
the price of bitumen in refinery of Jey, Isfehan is 360USD per MTon. after drumming in new steel drums (180Kg net weight) and transportation to Port of Bandar Abbas it would be 495 USD per MTon FOB Bandar Abbas.

Bitumen can be sold in poly bags in winter only because the high temperatures would melt down the Poly Bags. Poly Bags are easy to use at sight especially for construction purposes.

some bitumen suppliers in Iran and other countries provide 200Kg of Bitumen in each drum, but we don't. the reason is in this case the freight costs may reduce, but the containers may damage because of the same reason (melting down the bitumen and overflow from the drum)
